A pair of heels made into leg braces. With an inspiration from the orthopedic leg braces I hated as youngster, this is a more fashionable pair, not only for the purpose of supporting your legs but also as a communicative piece discussing the use or mobility aids as accesories and in a fashion context.
One of the main questions to discuss in my design program is if mobility aids could be used in a fashion context or as accessories. This piece is an example of how this questions could be discussed.
